Registration Overview

CS Vikings Fall Registration

Registration Cost $250 before Discounts

Early Bird Registration
 opened May 1st and ends June 30th
All Divisions receive a $25 discount.

Normal Registration starts July 1st and ends Aug 15th
All Divisions will be under normal price of $250. (Sibling discounts still available)

PAYMENT PLANS: Are available to make our program affordable for everyone by making smaller monthly payments. Payments must be paid in full by August 1st.  


1. Early Bird Discount ($25) Available through July 1st, applied at checkout
2. Sibling Discount, available after March 31st, ($25) off the 2nd, 3rd, and  4th child registration fee, applied at checkout.
3. Returning Player (Jersey Discount $25), If you own the latest Vikings Jersey (supplied Spring 2021), applied at checkout.

There are no refunds for registration fees after the Jamboree or September 1st.  Refunds of registration fees are made solely at the discretion of the Executive Board.  Refunds will be made on a prorated basis, depending on the date requested. Refunds requested, in writing, will be as follows: 
1.      April - June: Less $25.00 Administrative Fee  
2.      July - Jamboree: Less $25.00 Administrative Fee plus any costs incurred on behalf of the participant  
3.      After Jamboree or September 1st (whichever occurs First) : No Refunds will be made        

All requests for refunds MUST be made in writing and delivered to a member of the Board no later than September 1st.  Refunds will be decided on a majority vote of the Board at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. No refunds will be issued until all equipment/uniforms have been returned to the Association.

SCHOLARSHIPS: We will award a limited amount of scholarships for the fall season. All applicants must meet the following requirements:

* Possess a GPA or 3.5 (90%) or higher
* Submit a written essay on their favorite sport/player or what they want to be when they grow up to [email protected].  
* Parents/Guardians will still be responsible for at a minimum 50% of the registration fee. Please let us know if you have any financial constraints and we will work with you on a payment plans.

Practice will begin the first week of August at Memorial Park. Your child's Head Coach or their coaching staff will contact your prior to the first practice. Remember to complete all Pop Warner forms prior to the first practice. Your child's blood pressure must be on the Pop Warner Physical form along with the doctors signature.
